• Lead full product deployments across Staging and Production environments, ensuring secure and efficient releases; • Own the architecture and design of product components, with a deep understanding of technical decisions and the rationale behind each choice; • Ensure development quality by promoting robust coding practices, performing code reviews, and maintaining high automated test coverage to guarantee stability and reliability of delivered solutions.

• Act as a functional specialist in the SAP FI module, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and integrations with other modules. • Map, analyze, and optimize accounting, tax, and financial processes, aligning them with SAP system best practices. • Support the business area in defining requirements and propose technical and functional solutions. • Assist in the configuration and parameterization of the FI module in SAP, including customizations, testing, user acceptance (homologation), and production support of the live environment. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (BR GAAP, IFRS) and Brazilian tax legislation. • Review functional documentation (BBPs, functional specifications, user manuals). • Support audit and controllership areas in responding to compliance requests.

• Develop new features and maintain existing ones, preserving code quality and readability • Participate in discussions about application architecture and development strategies • Participate in Code Review sessions • Suggest UX and performance improvements aimed at reducing support demand and increasing user satisfaction.

• Lead the design, development and implementation of complex integration solutions using platforms such as SAP BTP/Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) • Define and propose integration architecture solutions, selecting the most appropriate patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven) to meet business and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability). • Act as a technical partner to business stakeholders, translating complex needs into clear, feasible technical specifications. • Ensure excellence in technical documentation, creating diagrams, runbooks and artifacts that serve as references for the whole team. • Lead root-cause analysis and the resolution of critical integration incidents, acting as the focal point for high-complexity issues. • Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge, performing code reviews and promoting a culture of quality and best practices. • Promote and disseminate secure development best practices (secure coding), performance optimization and monitoring of integration services. • Stay up to date with market trends in iPaaS platforms, microservices architectures and integration patterns, proposing innovations and continuous improvements.
