Role Description We are seeking a data sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue and data license bookings for our audience, measurement and analytics solutions within agency, publisher and advertiser prospects. The Sales Account Executive is a results-focused, motivated sales professional who will: - Identify and bring to closure direct sales engagements. - Upgrade and expand existing accounts. - Work closely with regional partners. - Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes opportunities for Precisely PlaceIQ products and services. - Own and drive the complete customer lifecycle. Role Description The Closer will be responsible for closing all loans according to the proper product type, investor, agency and internal guidelines, state and federal guidelines, and all ALCOVA Mortgage processes and procedures in an accurate and timely manner. The Closer is responsible for the accurate preparation of compliant closing documents to ensure that they are salable on the secondary market. The Closer will communicate with internal staff and outside agencies to facilitate all closing issues in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities - Prepares closing documents based on loan product parameters and sends closing documents to settlement agency once loans are clear to close. - Balances Closing Disclosure with settlement agent and issues Final Closing Disclosure to be signed by Borrower at closing. - Clears any open loan conditions dependent on loan parameters. Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and photocopying is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Expected Hours of Work Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M.
