Qualifications - Junior Project Manager: 1–3 years of project management experience or relevant internship experience; Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Management, or Engineering. - Project Manager: 3–5 years of project management experience, including managing medium-sized projects; Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. - Senior Project Manager: 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing large and complex projects; Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred; PMP certification required; additional certifications such as PMI-ACP are an asset.
