Senior SAP Project Manager

• Spearhead the strategic alignment of SAP project goals with Argano's overarching strategic vision. • Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as the principal advisor on SAP solutions. • Drive the Go-To-Market strategy for SAP solutions, identifying new opportunities. • Serve as Argano's SAP solutions thought leader, keeping abreast of industry trends. • Collaborate with Digital Enterprise Architects to develop and execute digital strategies. • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless execution of SAP projects. • Manage multiple SAP implementation and AMS projects from inception to successful delivery. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity of the SAP program. • Navigate project scope, schedule, and resource changes, ensuring they are judiciously assessed and approved.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of project / program management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex full life cycle SAP projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA and hands-on application of the SAP Activate methodology across end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • A self-starter, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and adept at multitasking.
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
