• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, from planning through to execution and completion • Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation of teams • Own and manage project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial control • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies proactively • Manage change control processes, ensuring scope changes are clearly documented and communicated • Maintain clear and consistent stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, and timelines • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and project coordinators to ensure smooth delivery • Drive problem-solving across projects, removing blockers and ensuring momentum is maintained • Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality standards and client expectations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience within a technology environment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Strong experience in budget management (3+ years)
- Strong experience in risk management (3+ years)
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with technical teams (e.g., engineers) and understanding of project delivery in tech environments
- Ability to operate in a balanced environment, both structured and adaptable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to both detail and big-picture outcomes
- Experience leading projects with ownership and accountability
