Associate Project Manager

• Associate Project Managers engage directly with clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects across a broad range of product offerings. • They hold overall responsibility for the financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction of each engagement with Illumia’s Integrated Payments software. • Key responsibilities include accountability for overall performance and delivery of defined scope(s) of work as indicated by customer satisfaction. • Serves as primary customer contact and manages overall company customer interface relationships for defined scope(s) of work. • Preparing project kickoff presentation decks, agendas, project plans and client workbooks. • Scheduling meetings, documenting, and distributing agendas, call notes, and requesting resources to support client projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
  • 2-3 years proven experience in program or project management leading clients and team members through large complex system implementation and integrations.
  • Client interfacing responsibilities in a management consulting setting demonstrating strong client relationship skills.
  • Experience managing the scope of projects – budgetary responsibilities highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated communication, presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has strong general computer skills (Microsoft Office, web applications, etc.).
  • Confident speaker and team player attitude.
