Role Description Kettle & Fire is looking for a detail-oriented operator to help drive flawless execution and scale our retail sales operations as a Retail Sales Coordinator. This is a high-volume, high-impact administrative position responsible for serving as the operational backbone of our Sales team, managing critical data platforms, and ensuring seamless coordination across our broker and customer networks. As the Retail Sales Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day operational execution for major distributors like UNFI and KeHE, manage vital data and systems, and build scalable processes that enable our sales organization to thrive. This position is a full-time, remote position, reporting to the VP of Sales. What You'll Own - Account Execution & Program Management: Manage the day-to-day operational execution that supports our Retail channel business, ensuring launches, promotions, and retailer programs run smoothly. Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, brokers, distributors, and retail partners. - Process & Systems Improvement: Build and improve scalable sales processes that support efficient execution and organizational growth, including creating clearer workflows, stronger documentation, and more streamlined systems across the sales organization. - Vendor Portal & Retail Systems Management: Oversee item setup, maintenance, and compliance across key platforms including KeHE, UNFI, SPINS, and Nielsen, ensuring product information and assets remain accurate across retailer and distributor systems. - Promotions & Program Execution: Coordinate promotional calendars, seasonal programs, displays, and pricing activities across priority accounts, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. - Retailer Presentations: Support the creation of polished, data-driven retailer presentations by maintaining updated sales data, coordinating assets, and ensuring consistency across materials. - New Customers: Support onboarding for new retail and direct customers by coordinating setup details across Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure a smooth and organized transition into execution.
