Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace Manager to lead and grow our presence across major e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Amazon Marketplace, and others. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital storefronts, ensuring high-quality listings, optimized search visibility, and superior account health. As this is a fully remote position, we are looking for a self-starter who can navigate the complexities of third-party marketplaces independently while collaborating effectively with our broader team. Essential Job Functions - Listing Management: Create, monitor, and optimize product listings across all marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. - Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and platform messaging systems; provide timely, professional, and technical support to ensure a premium buying experience and maintain high seller ratings. - SEO & Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and conversion rates (A+ content, backend keywords, etc.). - Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, advertising spend (ACOS/ROAS), and profit margins. - Account Health & Compliance: Monitor seller metrics, resolve listing suppressions, and ensure full compliance with platform-specific policies to protect account standing. - Advertising Management: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Amazon Advertising, eBay Promoted Listings) to drive targeted traffic. Qualifications - Experience: 3+ years of experience managing high-volume accounts on Amazon (Seller Central/Vendor Central) and eBay. Experience with Walmart or Shopify is a plus. - Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing tools, and multi-channel management software. Must demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms. - Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to pull complex data to turn it into actionable business insights. - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle complex customer inquiries and technical troubleshooting with professionalism and tact. - Bilingual Capabilities: Proficiency in a second language is considered a strong asset. - Remote Collaboration: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture in a remote environment. - Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve account issues, policy violations, and technical glitches directly with marketplace support. Role Description The Transportation Support Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing SSF Imported Auto Parts' transportation processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure that our transportation operations are cost-effective, efficient, and meet the service expectations of our customers. - Customer Delivery Support & ETA Management: Monitor live routes and driver activity to ensure accurate ETAs, proactively address delays, and coordinate with dispatch and drivers to maintain service levels and customer expectations. - Data Analysis: Collect and analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. - Vendor Management: Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to monitor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements. - Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain transportation performance metrics, generating regular reports for management review. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation operations. - Compliance: Ensure that all transportation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, procurement, and customer service, to support overall business objectives. - Driver Training and Support: Assist in the training of drivers, ensuring they follow SSF Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
