This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring sales excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic & Enterprise Account Executives, fostering professional growth and career development. - Own and drive revenue growth within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. - Partner with RVPs and executive leadership to define and execute area sales strategy. - Coach reps on effective pipeline development, deal strategy, forecasting accuracy, and execution against Corelight’s sales methodology. - Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes, playbooks, and tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners (SEs, Marketing, Channel, Product) to drive joint success in the region. - Track performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and ensure data-driven decision-making. - Represent Corelight externally with customers, partners, and industry events as a senior leader. - Champion Corelight’s culture of low ego results, tireless service and applied curiosity. - Travel required.
