Role Description We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment. This role is a part-time and remote internship with an anticipated duration of 9 months. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and comfortable conducting online research and communicating clearly through written channels. They should be organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their time effectively while juggling multiple priorities. A strong interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to take initiative on special projects will help this intern thrive and make a meaningful impact on our team. Essential Functions - Lead Qualification: - Conduct online research to gather relevant information on automotive businesses. - Evaluate and determine the viability of leads based on specific business criteria. - Accurately document findings and communication in our internal systems. - Written Communication: - Draft clear and professional written updates within our CRM or lead management tools to ensure seamless collaboration across the sales team. - Time Management: - Prioritize tasks effectively to support multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Project Support: - Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to ongoing sales initiatives and strategic goals. Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly.
