Role Description Are you a high-performing sales representative/closer ready to thrive in a high-growth company? Winning Assistants is looking for ONE exceptional individual to join our internal sales team and help us empower businesses with top-notch virtual assistant solutions. Position Overview - Role: Remote Sales Closer - Salary: $2,500-$5,000 USD/month (base) + possible performance-based commission - Location: Open to candidates in Canada, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, El Salvador, South Africa - Hours: Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week What You’ll Be Doing - Engage daily with business owners, doctors, and clinic managers via Google Meet calls. - Manage 4+ hot, pre-qualified leads booked into your calendar daily (ZERO cold calling or prospecting). - We book appointments for you, just handle the calls. - Close deals on packages ranging from $2k and up using a proven script and resources. - Collect payments and ensure smooth handover to the fulfillment team. - Handle light admin tasks: manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, draft contracts, etc. - Participate in daily sales huddles, training sessions, and team meetings to sharpen your skills. Key Responsibilities - Maintain a minimum of 30-35% close rate with hot leads. - Build rapport with leads before calls to increase engagement and show-up rates. - Follow up with no-shows and cancellations to rebook appointments. - Manage and advance all pipeline opportunities effectively. - Identify opportunities for referrals and client testimonials. This Role is NOT for You If: - You lack experience in high-ticket sales. - You’re building your own business or have side projects that interfere with work. - You’re not willing to commit to daily training and coaching. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include: - Researching clients and preparing for calls. - Confirming/setting appointments to increase show-up rates. - Running scheduled calls, following scripts, and closing deals. - Following up with leads to advance them in the pipeline. - Handling admin tasks like sending agreements, reviewing pipelines, and drafting next steps. - Contributing to team discussions in daily huddles and training sessions. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales. - Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). - Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Slack, Monday.com, PandaDoc, and Front App is a plus. - Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively. Requirements - Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly. - Must have relevant work experience. - Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding (mandatory). - Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed). Technical Requirements - Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer. - Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps). - Audio: Noise-canceling headset. - Video: Webcam for virtual meetings. - Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
