• Developing the customer base – identifying new customer potential, building long-term partnerships, and closing deals successfully • Account management & strategic growth – managing key existing customers, identifying potential, and developing sustainable revenue opportunities • Tactical advisory & enablement – supporting the team and customers on the IoT platform, smart metering, and efficiency strategies • Stakeholder management at decision-maker level – engaging with C-level executives, technical leads, and project managers • Sales strategy & development – collaborating with operations and product teams, analyzing market trends and customer feedback
• Customer base development - You identify new customer opportunities, build long-term partnerships and accompany them to a successful close. • Account management & strategic expansion - You manage key existing customers from the real estate, building services or energy sectors, identify potentials and develop them into sustainable revenue opportunities. • Tactical consulting & enablement - You support both the team and our customers: whether on the IoT platform, smart metering or efficiency strategies – you explain technical relationships clearly and provide the right impulses for implementation and scaling. • Stakeholder management at decision-maker level - You move confidently in conversations with C-level, technical and project leads in the real estate and energy industries and bring your network and industry knowledge to bear effectively. • Sales strategy & further development - You work closely with operations and product teams, analyze market trends and customer feedback, and actively help shape the future of our solutions.
