Project Quality Engineer
Switzerland Global Enterprise
• Assess potential suppliers based on quality capabilities, production capacity, and compliance with company standards • Participate in on-site audits at supplier facilities to verify quality control processes • Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement process improvements • Maintain detailed records of supplier quality performance • Work proactively with purchasing and engineering teams to manage supplier quality concerns • Perform project execution activities focusing on quality control of procurement activities • Provide technical guidance to suppliers to assure product/process compliance • Execute supplier quality surveillance program for supplier activities • Write and review technical quality documents, plans, and procedures • Support future error prevention through the use of corrective action processes
Job Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and manufacturing support, or nuclear quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of quality control, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance systems
- Experience with electrical/electronic industry standards including IEEE, IEC, IPC, NEMA, and ANSI
- Knowledge of analog and digital control systems, including microprocessors and controls
- Understanding of Instrument & Controls safety system lifecycle, including high-integrity software-based protection and safety control systems
- Experience with PLC programming, system integration, SCADA configuration, and software testing
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and supplier collaboration skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English

Role Description We are looking for a hands-on QA Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing efforts within a Multi-Agent System (MAS) environment. This role requires strong leadership in automation, integration testing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality releases. Location: Remote Duration: 7 months Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting. - Design and maintain automation frameworks and scalable test suites. - Oversee integration and system testing across distributed agents and components. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to validate requirements and quality standards. - Manage defect lifecycle using standard tracking tools. - Mentor QA team members and enforce best practices. - Monitor progress and ensure timely, high-quality releases. - Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tooling. Qualifications - Strong QA leadership experience in complex or distributed (MAS) environments. - Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). - Solid background in integration and system testing. - Experience with Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar tools. - Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
