ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Architect with expertise across life sciences R&D and complex software systems, working as the key technical partner to both customer and internal engineering teams to design and deliver impactful solutions that drive scientific progress. QUALIFICATIONS - B.S in a life sciences discipline or engineering/computer science - 5+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience, with demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale SaaS projects. - Comfortable using REST APIs and Python to design and build integration demos, and write and share example code with customer Developers. - Demonstrated success in technical leadership and conceptual modeling to turn complex and abstract concepts into technical assets. - Familiar with modern cloud software development processes, tools, and architectures. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences and work effectively across internal teams. - Ability to travel to customer sites up to 10-20% based on customer and project needs.
