Presale Manager

• Coordinate presale team efforts within the full presale cycle • Lead the development of presale documents (documents, presentations, financial models) balancing hands-on work and delegation to the team members • Facilitate internal meetings (opportunity qualification, sales strategy alignment, proposal review calls) • Facilitate proposal presentation meetings and be the leading presenter • Balance the (potentially contradicting) interests of internal stakeholders (primarily Sales and Delivery) to ensure competitive proposals without risky over-commitments • Participate in the Presale Function transformation initiatives (development of templates and practices, etc)

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial software development experience in enterprise-level systems in the role of Project Manager or Delivery Manager
  • Experience coordinating presales efforts from the introduction meeting with the client to proposal presentation and delivery-related objection handling
  • Experience facilitating estimation sessions and converting effort estimates to solid delivery plans and roadmaps
  • Understanding presales specifics (time limitations and ambiguity)
  • Experience both with non-formal highly interactive presales and formal RFP responses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the USA and/or Europe
  • Experience in presenting the proposal and facilitating the client calls with VP- and CxO-level client stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate a group of SMEs and quickly turn them into a highly-productive team
  • Hands-on experience with document/presentation development tools (e.g. MS Word/Google Docs; MS Powerpoint/Google Slides) - ideally you should be able to prepare a good looking, logically structured presentation/document with solid storytelling even if the designer/copywriter not available (although we will provide such help in most cases)
  • Understanding of the financial aspects of the software delivery – revenue, margin, costs
  • Understanding of the typical delivery models (project-based vs talent based; Time-and-Materials, Fixed Price, etc)
  • Advanced level of English or higher

Qualifications - Minimum degree requirement of an Associate’s degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree with experience in affiliation agreement/contract management, negotiation, or editorial review. - 3 years’ experience in agreement/contract management, negotiation, or editorial review. - Proficiency using technology to process agreement/contract review processes. Role Description A hands-on IT Manager to build and lead Adoreal’s IT function from the ground up.
