Role Description We are seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team supporting critical systems at USCIS, where you’ll tackle complex technical challenges and build automated solutions that matter. As a Sr. DevOps Engineer you will mentor fellow engineers, architect scalable infrastructure solutions, and work alongside a collaborative DevOps team supporting 14 development teams. Role Description We are looking for a Microservice Developer with 3+ years experience to work on an Agile DevSecOps team that supports a portfolio at USCIS. This position is full-time remote / telework. - Develop and maintain Java-based microservices that meet requirements for code quality and performance. - Ability to perform moderately challenging tasks with a degree of autonomy. - Maintain expected velocity and deliver software on schedule. - Participate in daily, weekly, monthly agile ceremonies including standups, retrospectives, demos, etc. - Act as an integral member of an agile team mentoring more junior resources while continuing to deliver software. Role Description The Gift Services Manager oversees the gift processing functions for specified channels, including staff supervision, gift entry, and gift-related communications. Please note: We are open to hire this position to work remotely, with periodic travel to Madison expected throughout the year. Remote candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Texas, or Wisconsin. Responsibilities - Oversee the end-to-end gift management of assigned gift channels, including batch preparation, gift entry, gift handling and deposits, batch review and reconciliation. - Be a key contributor to day-to-day tasks, such as gift entry. - Monitor workload and staff assignment to ensure gifts are entered in a timely way. - Perform quality checks to ensure gifts are entered accurately, to WFAA and industry standards. - Serve as subject matter expert for assigned gift channels. - Develop and maintain documentation for assigned gift channels. - Oversee refunds and chargebacks for assigned channels. Perform gift adjustments as needed. - Manage vendor relationships for assigned channels, such as lockbox vendor, credit card vendors, and mail houses. - Create appeals, benefits and reviews reply devices for channel. - Maintain expertise on industry best practices for Gift Processing. - Contribute to team strategy. - Manage a team of Gift Processing Analysts. - Provide leadership, supervision, mentoring and development to team. - Lead recruitment for new team members as needed. - Conduct onboarding and ongoing training on assigned gift channels. - Establish staff assignments and accountabilities. - Foster a positive team environment and culture, optimizing team performance, satisfaction and retention. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years’ gift processing experience, or equivalent in business operations, customer service or data management roles. - Previous supervisory or team lead experience. - Solid knowledge of accounting principles and/or information systems. - Advanced MS Office experience, specifically advanced knowledge of Excel. - Experience with query and reporting. - Experience in customer/constituent relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce CRM. Requirements - Non-profit fundraising experience and knowledge of non-profit fiscal policies, procedures, rules and regulations. - Previous supervisory experience. Role Description The CRM Product Lead provides strategic and functional leadership for WFAA’s Salesforce CRM ecosystem in close partnership with business and technical leaders. This role is accountable for maximizing business value and user impact by defining, prioritizing, and delivering CRM capabilities that advance organizational goals, align with the digital roadmap, and address enterprise-wide needs through user-centered, scalable, and outcome-driven solutions. Serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the CRM Product Lead translates organizational priorities into clear product requirements and user stories. Working closely with Salesforce Admins, cross-functional technology teams, and vendor partners in an Agile environment, this role owns functional direction and stakeholder alignment while ensuring solutions are feasible, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards and governance. Qualifications - 2- or 4-year degree in a related technical or business field. - 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business systems, or CRM leadership. - Demonstrated experience working in enterprise or complex Salesforce environments. - 5+ years of experience in higher education advancement, development, or related field. - Strong functional understanding of the Salesforce platform. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proven ability to partner effectively with Salesforce Admins and technical teams. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills. - Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and stay current with Salesforce updates. - Working knowledge of human-centered design to improve user experience.
