• Point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone and email • Respond to buyer inquiries on Amazon and manage product reviews • Assist with questions about products, orders, and returns • Handle inquiries in the ticketing system and document interactions • Process warranty, repair, and complaint requests • Clarify and order required spare parts • Coordinate with the logistics, returns, and order fulfillment teams

Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience: several years in customer service, ideally in a senior role or as a team lead
  • Communication: friendly, patient, and confident on the phone
  • Language: German at native level, both spoken and written
  • Independent working style: reliable and proactive
  • Technical affinity: comfortable using a laptop, smartphone, and common tools (Office, ticketing systems, browsers). Experience in customer service for technical products is a clear plus
