• Kundenbetreuung: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere deutschsprachigen Kunden per Telefon (nur Inbound) und E-Mail. • Amazon-Kommunikation: Du beantwortest Käuferanfragen über Amazon und bearbeitest Bewertungen und Rückfragen marktplatzkonform. • Beratung: Du unterstützt bei Fragen zu Produkten, Bestellungen und Retouren. • Ticketsystem: Du bearbeitest Anfragen sauber im Ticketsystem und dokumentierst nachvollziehbar. • Technischer Support: Du bearbeitest Gewährleistungs-, Reparatur- und Reklamationsanfragen, ziehst bei Bedarf Kolleg:innen oder unsere Datenbank hinzu. • Ersatzteile: Du klärst und beauftragst benötigte Ersatzteile. • Koordination: Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Teams Logistik, Retouren und Auftragsabwicklung.
• Point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone and email • Respond to buyer inquiries on Amazon and manage product reviews • Assist with questions about products, orders, and returns • Handle inquiries in the ticketing system and document interactions • Process warranty, repair, and complaint requests • Clarify and order required spare parts • Coordinate with the logistics, returns, and order fulfillment teams
• Identifizierung und Bewertung potenzieller Lieferanten in China für die Entwicklung neuer Produkte. • Technische Analyse der Produkte inklusive Demontage der Produkte und Kommunikation über die sich daraus ergebenden Verbesserungsideen. • Verhandlung von Preisen, Lieferbedingungen und anderen Konditionen mit Lieferanten. • Durchführung technischer Tests und Qualitätskontrollen an Prototypen und Serienprodukten vor Ort. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktentwicklungsteam zur Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung von Produktanforderungen und Qualitätsstandards.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in China for the development of new products. • Perform technical analysis of products, including disassembly, and communicate resulting improvement ideas. • Negotiate prices, delivery terms and other conditions with suppliers. • Conduct technical testing and quality inspections of prototypes and production units on-site. • Work closely with the product development team to ensure alignment with product requirements and quality standards.
• You are responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store: shop maintenance, product listings, collections, shipping zones, shipping rates, customs and country setups, checkout, payment methods, basic legal matters (e.g. data protection) as well as the technical integrity of the system. • You analyze our shop and relevant competitors, identify conversion barriers and implement improvements. • You plan A/B tests, coordinate implementation with developers/partners and evaluate results accurately. • You plan and manage product launches, sales campaigns and promotions — from preparation through execution to analysis and continuous optimization. • You critically review content and imagery, coordinate updates and ensure product pages, collections and shop elements are high-quality, on-brand and optimized for sales. • You work with tools such as Google Tag Manager and analytics/testing tools, ensuring all relevant data is captured cleanly and is actionable. • You ensure our shop continuously improves technically, visually and in terms of content — and contributes measurably to growth.
