This role focuses on configuring the INSTANDA platform, translating business requirements into system configurations, and ensuring effective product setup aligned with both business needs and technical constraints. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and integration partners to deliver scalable, efficient solutions using INSTANDA. The role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on platform configuration. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements - Translate business needs into INSTANDA configurations and product setups - Configure workflows, products, rules, and logic within the INSTANDA platform - Support integration design and define system interaction logic - Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and delivery teams - Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities - Conduct gap analysis and propose optimal configuration-based solutions - Support end-to-end delivery from design through implementation - Participate in testing activities (including UAT) and defect resolution - Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing - Continuously improve platform usage and configuration best practices Required Skills & Experience: - Experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Configuration Specialist - Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical/configuration solutions - Experience working with low-code / no-code platforms or policy administration systems - Understanding of system integrations and API-based architectures - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work effectively between business and technical stakeholders - Familiarity with Agile delivery environments - Willingness to learn and specialize in the INSTANDA platform Nice to Have: - Experience in insurance or financial services - Prior exposure to INSTANDA platform or similar PAS (Policy Administration Systems) - Knowledge of product configuration, workflows, and rules engines - Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence - Basic understanding of data structures or integration formats (e.g., JSON, XML) Certification Requirement: - Participation in INSTANDA training and certification path is mandatory - Candidates are expected to achieve INSTANDA certification, requiring a combination of formal training, self-study, and hands-on experience ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS - Screening call with the Recruiter - Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager - Client’s interview - Feedback / Offer

• Develop and document high-level requirements for new or proposed projects, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications. • Facilitate expansion of high-level requirements into traceable lower-level Systems, Structures, and Components (SSCs) requirements with clear parent-child relationships. • Implement and maintain requirements in systems integration tools (Visure, DOORS, DOORS Next Gen). • Establish and enforce requirements quality standards including measurability, testability, traceability, and completeness. • Define and document interfaces between systems, ensuring both sides of each interface specify performance parameters (flow rates, pressures, temperatures, data protocols, etc.). • Coordinate interface requirements across facility systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, safety, etc.). • Write and critically review technical documents (Design Interface Requirements, Engineering Design Specifications, Design Verification Records). • Support project leads in translating operational needs and safety requirements into equipment design specifications. • Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure traceability through design, fabrication, and testing. • Support project leads in risk identification, monitoring, and documentation. • Assist in developing cost models for proposed projects based on requirements scope. • Develop and maintain systems engineering standards, templates, and best practices. • Train engineers on requirements quality principles and systems integration tools. • Implement model-based systems engineering (MBSE) approaches on projects from concept through detailed design.
