Job Description

Technical Product Manager – Travel Data Platform, Orders Management System

BCD Travel

• Analyze business problems, requests, and customer needs • Assess and prioritize work based on business value, risk, and feasibility • Lead project kick-offs with internal teams and external delivery partners • Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Communicate features, timelines, risks, and progress clearly and proactively • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence • Act as the product and platform subject matter expert

Job Requirements

  • Experience in technical product management, product ownership, or business analysis
  • Strong understanding of systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience with platform or data‑driven products is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
