Role Description We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Program Manager who is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions hosted within SAP’s Enterprise Cloud environment. This role ensures successful program execution across multiple workstreams, aligning business objectives with technical delivery while driving quality, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Program Leadership & Delivery - Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA ECS programs, including implementation, migration, and managed services. - Oversee integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across functional and technical teams. - Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and ECS operational standards. - Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, business leaders, and SAP counterparts. - Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting. - Translate business requirements into actionable program strategies. - Cloud & Managed Services Oversight - Manage SAP ECS environments, including provisioning, system landscapes, and service requests. - Coordinate with SAP and hyperscaler providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure and performance management. - Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational excellence standards. - Risk & Issue Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies. - Drive proactive issue resolution and escalation management across cross-functional teams. - Maintain program health metrics and reporting dashboards. - Financial & Resource Management - Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking. - Optimize resource allocation across onshore/offshore teams. - Ensure cost efficiency within cloud and managed service environments. - Quality & Compliance - Enforce quality assurance, testing strategies, and release management processes. - Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. - Drive continuous improvement and automation within the delivery lifecycle. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 10+ years of experience in SAP program/project management. - Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations in ECS or cloud environments. - Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, BASIS, and cloud infrastructure. - Experience managing large, cross-functional, global teams. Preferred Skills - SAP Activate / PMP / Agile certifications. - Experience with RISE with SAP and cloud transformation programs. - Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.). - Strong financial acumen and contract/vendor management experience. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
