This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah. About the role ElevenLabs is growing its enterprise customer base rapidly, and a well-run collections function is key to healthy cash flow and accurate credit loss reporting. As our Collections Analyst, you will manage the collections cycle for outstanding receivables – reaching out to customers, resolving disputes, tracking aging buckets, and working cross-functionally with AR, Revenue Accounting, and Customer Success to accelerate cash recovery. You will build and maintain collections workflows, develop customer relationships to resolve payment issues promptly and professionally, and contribute data to quarterly CECL analysis. This is a high-accountability, process-driven role for someone who is organised, commercially minded, and comfortable engaging customers directly. Role Description The Manager of Collections is responsible and oversees all collection and personnel related activity on the PharMerica Accounts Receivable Facility portfolio. This is a remote opportunity. Applicants may reside anywhere within the Continental USA.
