• Own Four's organic growth strategy end-to-end — full-funnel from awareness to install to first order to repeat purchase — and translate company goals into a growth roadmap with measurable targets • Own the brand-as-growth thesis: move Four from "a payment app" to a brand shoppers choose to follow, grounded in how people — with a heavy emphasis on Gen Z and emerging customer segments — actually discover and stick with brands • Make Four's unique product offerings clear to shoppers — what Four does today and what's coming next — and articulate how Four differs from the competition and why it's the ideal way for people to pay • Define the audiences, cultural territories, and content pillars that earn attention, and decide where to lean in, where to experiment, and where to walk away • Partner with the broader team to connect growth initiatives to real business outcomes — installs, activated shoppers, and revenue, not vanity metrics • Own and extend Four's automated content pipeline — real-time trend intelligence, content-brief generation, AI video and carousel production, compliance gating, and delivery — so it reliably produces the right content at the right moment • Run a daily content motion across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels, keeping quality and cultural relevance high while volume scales • Continuously improve the engine — output quality, production cost, compliance coverage — so every run is better than the last, and document the playbooks and learnings in four-os so the system appreciates over time • Evaluate and adopt emerging AI creation tools, and fold the ones that earn their place into the pipeline • Own Four's brand voice and visual identity in practice — the standard for what Four sounds and looks like across every customer touchpoint • Grow and engage Four's social communities, building a genuine two-way layer (community management and on-brand, compliant engagement) rather than a one-way broadcast • Lead the organic engagement-and-recovery playbook that rebuilds reach and turns the audience into a community • Use social listening across channels to understand what shoppers love, what confuses them, and what they wish Four did — and feed those insights back to Product so the experience keeps improving and the install base grows more easily • Build and run Four's creator and influencer program — identify and brief the right micro-creators, activate them, manage budget, and turn social proof into reach Four can't manufacture on its own • Define the metrics that matter — reach, engagement, install, conversion, creator efficiency — and build the reporting that gives the team real-time visibility into what's working • Run a disciplined test-and-learn loop: form a hypothesis, ship it, read the result, and scale, iterate, or kill on evidence • Partner with paid acquisition and data on attribution and ROAS so every growth decision is grounded in real unit economics • Partner closely with Compliance and Legal so that regulatory requirements — FTC endorsement and advertising guidelines, state disclosure rules, and BNPL-specific obligations — are built into the content workflow as a seamless step, not a bottleneck • Maintain an auditable record of marketing approvals, and keep the pipeline's automated compliance guardrails current as rules evolve

Role Description We're looking for an Affiliate Partnerships & Revenue Manager to own and grow Four's affiliate revenue stream. This role is responsible for improving the performance of our existing affiliate base, building stronger relationships with affiliate brokers and retailers, and finding new ways to increase the revenue and GMV contribution Four generates through affiliate partnerships. This is not a passive partner-management role. You will own a revenue target and a percentage-of-GMV target, and you will be expected to improve both over time. You will analyze partner performance, identify where value is being lost or undercaptured, negotiate stronger commercial terms, and build the reporting, analytics, and operating systems that make the affiliate channel more effective. Four operates with a lean, AI-first philosophy. In this role, AI should be embedded in nearly every core workflow: analysis, reporting, forecasting, partner evaluation, workflow design, experimentation, technical execution, and ongoing optimization. A major part of this role is using AI-assisted automation to systematically improve affiliate revenue over time. You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you do need to be highly technical, highly analytical, and capable of building AI-assisted systems that make the affiliate business smarter, faster, and more profitable. This role reports directly to the President and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. This is a fully remote or hybrid position. Candidates based in the Miami or Fort Lauderdale area are a plus. Overlap during core company working hours is required. Periodic travel for planning sessions, partner meetings, and key company events may be required. Qualifications - Meaningful experience in affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, business development, revenue optimization, or a related analytically rigorous role. - A track record of growing a revenue channel through both commercial relationship management and performance improvement. - Strong analytical capability; you can go from raw data to insight to action without waiting on someone else to do the analysis for you. - High technical fluency and comfort building reporting, automations, workflows, and AI-assisted tools. - Deep comfort using AI as a primary working tool in your day-to-day role, not as an occasional aid. - A demonstrated ability, or very strong instinct, to use AI-assisted automation to improve commercial performance in a systematic way. - Strong commercial judgment and negotiation instincts. - Experience in e-commerce, retail partnerships, marketplaces, or affiliate ecosystems is strongly preferred; fintech experience is helpful but not required. Requirements - Own Four's affiliate revenue stream, including channel growth, partner performance, and percentage-of-GMV contribution. - Establish and manage clear channel reporting across revenue, GMV contribution, partner mix, performance trends, and opportunity pipeline. - Build forecasts and performance views that help Four understand where affiliate revenue is growing, where it is underperforming, and what actions are needed next. - Focus first on optimizing Four's existing affiliate base and growing the value Four captures from current relationships. - Develop a clear understanding of which affiliate brokers, retailers, categories, and programs are creating the most value for Four. - Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliate brokers, retailers, and other relevant partners. - Directly negotiate commercial terms, economics, placements, and program structures that improve Four's outcomes. - Identify where existing relationships are under-monetized and develop plans to increase value. - Explore new affiliate and affiliate-adjacent partnership opportunities that could expand Four's revenue base beyond its current broker relationships. - Own reporting and analytics for the affiliate channel directly; this role does not rely on a separate function to interpret channel performance. - Analyze the efficacy of Four's current affiliate program across partners, merchants, categories, placements, economics, and contribution to GMV. - Identify performance gaps, revenue leakage, attribution issues, weak economics, or missed opportunities, and take action to correct them. - Build AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, automations, and optimization systems that continuously improve affiliate performance over time. - Create systems that monitor partner health, economics, revenue trends, and GMV contribution, and surface where action is needed. - Identify recurring manual work and turn it into durable automation wherever possible. - Partner closely with Product to improve how affiliate opportunities are positioned in the Four experience and how product decisions can increase affiliate revenue and GMV contribution. - Work closely with Marketing to ensure affiliate opportunities are appropriately supported through campaigns, content, promotions, and channel coordination. Benefits - Competitive Compensation - Opportunity to advance on the leadership track - Full Health Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental Leave - Company Matched 401k - Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer Hours - Employee Resource Groups - Employee Stock Purchase Program - Tuition Reimbursement - Charitable Gift Matching - Job required equipment and services
