• Create, publish, and analyze content for Via Justa's social media channels, focusing on audience growth and demand generation; • Build and manage the product's paid media strategy, working directly on operations and liaising with partner agencies or internal teams; • Test new acquisition channels in a structured way: define hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions; • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, CPL, conversion rate, and volume of leads generated, reporting results and proposing improvement actions; • Develop and execute the product marketing strategy, covering positioning, messaging, channels, and seasonality; • Collaborate with the media and conversion team, aligning budget, creatives, and Via Justa's goals; • Produce and prepare content and copy briefings for ads, organic posts, event materials, and acquisition assets.
