Job Description

Sales Coordinator – Dayshift

• Manage the end-to-end coordination of 10–20 daily customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a high standard of service. • Process and enter orders into the ERP system from multiple sales channels, including non-integrated websites. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order lifecycle, from confirmation through to delivery. • Liaise with national courier partners to coordinate dispatch, track shipments, and proactively resolve delivery issues. • Provide customers with regular updates, including order status, lead times and tracking information. • Maintain and update customer and product master data within ERP and web platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Support the smooth flow of data between websites, ERP systems and logistics operations. • Perform data enrichment activities, including maintaining freight dimensions and product information to improve pricing and delivery accuracy. • Coordinate internally with sales, operations and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment. • Conduct follow-ups with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Assist with basic marketing administration tasks, including email campaigns and content coordination where required. • Support administrative processes across the full order-to-delivery workflow, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. • Handle a mix of email-based and occasional phone-based customer communication in a professional and responsive manner. • Complete other role-specific duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–4+ years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service or Order Management role within a product-based or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume order processing, ideally 10+ orders per day, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as MYOB, NetSuite or similar for order entry and data management.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Neto, particularly in environments with partial system integration.
  • Strong understanding of logistics coordination, including working with couriers and managing delivery workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and order processing.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and processes, including manual workarounds where integrations are limited.
  • Basic marketing administration exposure, such as email marketing support, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, operations and logistics teams.
