Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience OR
- Master’s degree and 7 years of Human Resources experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of Human Resources experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or MBA
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources handling complex issues in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly technical, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
- 7+ years of supervisory experience
- Broad understanding of and appreciation for all human resources components
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and develop strategic and practical solutions to tangible business challenges, with sound knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and business practices related to Human Resources

The certified GS-9 Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all Pharmacy non-pharmacist technical staff and volunteers.
