Human Resources Operations Associate

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc.

• Support the HR Operations and Employee Relations functions • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the business and the HR team • Assist with implementation and administration of human resources practices and procedures regarding onboarding, pre-employment screenings, new hire orientations, and offboarding activities • Ensure delivery of high-quality HR service and support by providing timely responses to resolve daily issues and inquiries • Guide managers and employees in all areas of employee relations administration • Analyze HR/ER data and metrics for themes and trends and suggest improvements and training • Prepare ad hoc and regular Workday reports on HR operational subjects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

About the Role:The Implementation Coordinator will support the Implementation Consultant team in the successful management and execution of onboarding projects for Motive customers and work cross-functionally to support customer related tasks.
