Field Marketing Coordinator

Guild Mortgage

• Perform training on the features and benefits of the CRM and marketing communication platforms, including technical support. • Managing set-up of social media pages and compliance approval for Loan Officers. • Provide on-going field support via marketing tips, training videos, and daily communication in Guild’s ticketing system. • Gather, analyze, and approve user feedback to help enhance marketing platforms. • Create content for regional, branch, and Loan Officer marketing, including, but not limited to, social media posts, email newsletters, and new hire / accomplishment celebrations on various platforms. • Ensure quality and adherence to brand standards, style guides, and business communications standards. • Collaborate on projects with graphic designers and compliance department as needed. • Provide administrative support for marketing systems such as drip campaign management and activation of features for loan officers. • Perform simple compliance review and approval of marketing content. • Assist with the coordination of regional events, including industry trade shows, sales rallies, and educational events, as needed. • Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required
  • 1-3 years recent experience in marketing role(s)
  • Prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of email marketing and social media best practices
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Proficiency with data entry, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
