Role Description We’re looking for a Director of Marketing Strategy who can lead marketing strategy and client engagement across a portfolio of growing companies. - Most of our clients are B2B organizations in industries such as technology and healthcare, though we also support a small number of consumer-facing brands. - The ideal candidate is comfortable developing marketing strategies for a variety of business models and understands how marketing approaches differ across audiences and industries. - You will act as the strategic lead across multiple client accounts, guiding campaign direction, reviewing deliverables, and leading client meetings. - You’ll work closely with our internal team and specialists to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, high-quality, and delivering measurable results. - This role combines marketing leadership, client communication, demand generation strategy, and campaign oversight. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally working with B2B organizations such as technology, healthcare, SaaS, or professional services. Experience with consumer brands is a plus. - Experience building and optimizing lead generation and pipeline-driving marketing programs, including campaigns across channels such as email, content marketing, paid media, and digital marketing. - You’ve personally developed marketing strategies and guided campaigns from concept through execution, translating business goals into measurable marketing initiatives. - Experience leading marketing teams, guiding specialists, and reviewing deliverables to ensure strategic alignment and quality. - Comfortable leading conversations with executives, presenting strategy, and guiding clients through marketing decisions. - Ability to review deliverables and provide thoughtful strategic feedback to writers, designers, and campaign specialists. - Use of marketing metrics and campaign performance data to refine campaigns and guide strategic decisions. - Experience working as a marketing leader or marketing director within an agency environment is a strong plus. - Must be available during standard business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET (with a one-hour break for lunch), with some flexibility. This role also requires participation in periodic internal and client meetings via video. - This is a full-time W-2 role and applicants must reside in the United States.
