Portfolio Marketing Manager

Role Description The Portfolio Marketing Manager – Cancer Registry defines and drives positioning, value proposition, brand narrative, and lifecycle strategy for Elekta’s Cancer Registry portfolio. Partnering cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Service, Engineering, and Commercial Operations) and engaging directly with customers, this role translates platform capabilities into differentiated messaging and revenue-enabling initiatives that support growth, retention, adoption, migrations, and emerging data monetization opportunities. - Own portfolio-level positioning, segmentation, and messaging aligned to business objectives. - Develop and maintain the Cancer Registry brand narrative and value propositions for clinical, IT, executive, and procurement audiences. - Lead go-to-market planning for releases, enhancements, migrations, and new offerings (launch narratives, enablement, and commercialization plans). - Drive retention and installed-base expansion through customer insights, win/loss learnings, and targeted campaigns/programs. - Deliver sales enablement (ROI models, business cases, competitive positioning) and internal/external training content. - Own Voice of the Customer and competitive/market intelligence and run a closed-loop feedback process with Product, Sales, and leadership. - Support data-driven offerings (data monetization messaging, pricing/packaging inputs) and global localization needs. Qualifications - 5+ years in portfolio/product/strategic marketing and/or sales within healthcare IT, enterprise software, or data platforms. - Experience with cancer registry software/oncology informatics and understanding of registry operations/regulatory environment. - Strong grasp of healthcare buying processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - Ability to build differentiated value propositions, competitive positioning, ROI/business cases, and sales enablement/training content. - Strong analytical and communication skills; effective cross-functional collaborator with proactive, outcomes-driven mindset. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Requirements - Experience supporting data monetization (analytics/data-driven offerings, pricing/packaging inputs, enablement). - Experience adapting messaging and enablement for global/regional markets.
