• Extract, clean, and analyze patient data from Salesforce, EMR systems, and other data sources • Pull patient records and generate statistical analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA, etc.) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support • Present insights and findings in a clear, actionable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Maintain documentation of data processes, definitions, and reporting standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling, charts, Power Query preferred)
  • Ability to extract and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources
  • Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, workflows, and patient data structures
  • Experience with statistical analysis and performance metrics
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
