Role Description Responsible for day-to-day administrative billing needs. Support AR function and customer billing needs by providing timely and accurate invoicing requests including credit rebills, adjustments, ongoing account reconciliation, and sales support. - Ensure reliability and consistency in custom invoice creation relative to business practices. - Ensure order entry processes have enough controls and flexibility to produce accurate and timely invoices to customers. - Responsible for adhoc and system billing. - Ensure smooth end-to-end billing processes—from system-generated credit/rebills and adjustments to internal manual billing requirements. - Work with the Manager, Billing Operations, and team to accurately track and flag issues around order entry processes. - Daily interactions with internal customers through telephone, email, office communicator messenger, and on-site communication. - Occasional interaction with external customers primarily via email. What You’ll Do - Analyze billing requests to ensure fit with company policies and procedures. - Complete billing requests for internal customer requests including Sales, AR, and Credit. - Pull and suppress invoices and process manual invoices. - Consolidate invoices, change bill-to account addresses, add pertinent information, match billing to customer POs, pre-invoice requests, indicate extended terms provided by the Credit Team, perform currency exchange, split invoicing, and correct taxes based on credit or debit tax adjustments processed by the tax team. - Conduct credit rebill analysis and determine possible adjustments. - Review and obtain approval for delivery adjustments. - Review, obtain approval, and request creation of price adjustment SKUs if needed to facilitate required product analysis for stakeholders. - Review, define, and resolve billing-related issues for internal clients. - Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, Branch Managers, Outbound Sales, District Managers, Sales, Operations, Services, and Billing teams to resolve issues. - Educate internal customers on policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is communicated. - Participate in conference calls with sales teams for customer inquiries and to ensure customer satisfaction with billing systems. - Identify and address areas for process and procedure improvement. - Participate in departmental adhoc projects where customer service or process issues arise. - Provide support and backup for tracking partner invoices for teaming. - Maintain all other adhoc billing requests. - Assist team members in billing operation functions. - Provide coverage when short-staffed. - Provide coverage during month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and holidays. Role Description The incumbent performs a variety of centralized processing activities for the Accounts Payable department of Shared Services. S/he assumes responsibility for the entering and reconciliation of all vendor invoices for branch and corporate locations. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining purchase orders and tax-exempt certificates. Primary Responsibilities - Search Strategy Management: Independently manage the end-to-end workload for both traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). - Technical SEO Execution: Perform hands-on site audits, manage crawlability, redirects, and monitor Core Web Vitals using tools like Screaming Frog and Ahrefs. - AI Search Optimization: Design and implement strategies to ensure content is selected and cited by LLMs, focusing on E-E-A-T, schema, and structured content formats. - Automation & Monitoring: Build and maintain an automated GEO monitoring and reporting system within the first 60 days. - Data Insights & Reporting: Utilize Power BI and Excel to build SEO/GEO dashboards, translating complex data sets into actionable business insights. - Keyword & Competitor Analysis: Utilize expert-level Ahrefs skills for keyword tracking, backlink audits, and competitor benchmarking. Role Expectations - Execution-Focused: This is a "doer" role, not an agency oversight or strategy-only position. - Independent Management: Must be able to manage the entire SEO and GEO lifecycle end-to-end without constant supervision. - Communication: Exceptional written English and the ability to thrive in an asynchronous communication environment. Qualifications - Expert SEO Technical Skills: Proficiency in Ahrefs (expert level), Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog. - GEO & AI Proficiency: Practical understanding of AI search tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot) and how structured content (JSON-LD, FAQ schema) impacts AI citations. - Advanced Data Processing: Strong Power BI skills for dashboard creation and advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis. - Experience: 3+ years of hands-on SEO execution (technical and execution-focused, rather than strategy-only). Requirements - Microsoft Ecosystem: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI) is strictly required; candidates without this experience will not be considered. - AI Usage: Must actively use and demonstrate practical AI usage (Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, etc.) within SEO workflows. - GEO Automation: The candidate is required to build an automated GEO monitoring system within 60 days of starting. - Working Hours: Must be available for either full US hours (PST) or a minimum of 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST overlap daily. You will collaborate closely with regional and global teams to translate operational requirements into clear, efficient, and scalable venue layouts, covering: - Racecourse design - Athlete flow - Spectator experience - Partner activations This is a planning-first role, with most work done remotely. Occasional travel may be required for selected events to support on-site validation and continuous improvement.
