Live Sports Data Operations Analyst
Booth and Partners Pte Ltd
Role Description We are looking for senior sports data operations analysts to join our live operations team. In this role, you will: - Monitor real-time soccer and multi-sport data feeds. - Execute operational tasks during live sports events. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data flowing through our systems. - Make real-time decisions based on live data. - Work directly with live sports data during active events. This is a senior, precision-focused operations role — not a technical support or IT position. The work requires: - Deep familiarity with sports (especially soccer). - A sharp eye for data anomalies. - The ability to stay composed during high-pressure live event windows. Qualifications - 10–15 years of experience in sports data, data operations, or a related operational field. - Strong working knowledge of soccer — competition formats, teams, events, and data structures. - Comfortable handling large volumes of data and working with operational dashboards under time pressure. - Supervisor or team lead experience — you have managed or mentored others in an ops environment. - Clear written English for internal reporting and cross-team communication. - Self-directed and reliable in a 100% remote setup. Requirements - Available to work evening and late-night shifts according to the live sports calendar. - Genuine sports enthusiast — soccer knowledge is a strong advantage; familiarity with other major sports (basketball, tennis) is a plus. - Prior experience with sports data providers or real-time event data platforms. - Background in fintech, sports media, or similarly precision-driven data operations. Benefits - Opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, data, and AI. - Direct impact on live, real-world products and user experiences. - High ownership role with exposure to cutting-edge, real-time systems. - Ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
