Role Description We are excited to announce that in partnership with our client we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative / Concierge Service Provider to join our team. In this position, you will promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space. - Primarily responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio. - Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted product. Qualifications - Four-year College Degree required. - Minimum 1 to 3 years Remote/Virtual Engagement experience, B2B territory management/account management experience or field sales experience preferred. - Inside Pharmaceutical, Device, or MedTech sales experience preferred. - 1-2 years of MedTech Device, Diagnostic, or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred. - Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships. - Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. - Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals. - Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred. - Advanced listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner. - Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience. - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems. - High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work. - Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs. - Private, quiet, dedicated workspace required.
