We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative II to join our growing US Direct Sales team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Worldpay is seeking individuals with experience working in a high velocity call center environment to join our Inside Sales team. Our team’s mission is to increase market share within the SMB business community, and play a key role in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth. What you’ll own - Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9). - Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce). - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role. - Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools). - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
