Role Description We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and optimize the company’s lifecycle outreach engine. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, and revenue operations. You will design and implement automated systems that identify, qualify, and engage potential customers across multiple channels. You will work closely with founders, growth, and product teams to transform data signals into scalable outreach workflows that drive pipeline growth. This is an ideal role for someone who combines technical fluency with strong commercial instincts, and who enjoys building systems that accelerate go-to-market execution. Responsibilities - Design and build the company’s lifecycle outreach infrastructure, enabling scalable customer acquisition and engagement. - Develop automated pipelines that convert product signals, user activity, and data sources into qualified outreach opportunities. - Implement and optimize multi-channel outreach systems (email, LinkedIn, developer communities, etc.). - Integrate tools and APIs across the growth stack (CRM, data platforms, automation tools, and internal systems). - Collaborate with sales and growth teams to improve lead qualification, segmentation, and targeting strategies. - Build systems that enable fast experimentation and iteration on messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion funnels. - Monitor and analyze outreach performance, continuously improving systems for efficiency and scalability. Qualifications - Strong technical background with the ability to work with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines. - Experience building or operating growth automation, outbound systems, or lifecycle marketing infrastructure. - Solid understanding of relational databases and data workflows. - Comfortable working with GitHub and developer tooling environments. - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in near-native English. - Ability to translate product signals and data insights into GTM strategies and outreach workflows. - Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in fast-moving startup environments. Bonus Points - Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or SaaS startups. - Background in growth engineering, sales engineering, or revenue operations. - Experience with data enrichment, scraping, or signal-based prospecting systems. - Familiarity with AI ecosystems, LLM tooling, or developer communities.
