• Drive end-to-end technical delivery for large, high-impact enterprise customers, often spanning multiple systems, stakeholders, and product areas • Architect and execute complex integrations and workflows, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to long-term customer outcomes • Serve as the technical quarterback for critical initiatives and escalations, balancing speed, risk, and business impact • Build deep understanding of customer ecosystems, data flows, and business objectives to proactively guide solution design and adoption • Translate technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences • Influence customer decisions by connecting Datavant capabilities to measurable business value • Lead coordination across Engineering, Product, Strategic Engagement, GTM, Science, and Privacy to deliver unified solutions • Eliminate ambiguity by defining clear plans, roles, and success criteria across stakeholders • Act as a trusted partner to internal teams, shaping product direction through structured, actionable feedback • Identify patterns across customer work and convert them into repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and automation opportunities • Balance bespoke customer needs with scalable, efficient delivery models • Drive operational improvements that increase team efficiency, consistency, and quality • Mentor and elevate other Technical Solutions team members through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing • Set the bar for technical judgment, customer engagement, and execution quality • Influence decisions across teams through clarity of thought, data, and strong point of view
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, implementations, technical program management, or similar)
- Proven track record leading large-scale, complex enterprise implementations or integrations
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, data workflows, and system integrations
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-stakes scenarios and drive them to resolution
- Demonstrated ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes and long-term scalability
- Experience designing repeatable solutions, frameworks, or processes that scale beyond a single customer
- Strong judgment in balancing speed vs. quality, customization vs. standardization
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders and driving decisions in complex environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Track record of building trusted, long-term customer relationships
- Strong ownership mindset with consistent follow-through and accountability.
