Employee Relations Advisor

• Lead prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into employee concerns • Provide expert coaching, guidance, and recommendations to HR Business Partners • Serve as the primary point of contact for sensitive and escalated employee relations issues • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and improve employee experience • Develop and facilitate training for managers and employees on key topics • Partner closely with our Legal team to ensure compliance with employment laws • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of investigations and employee relations cases • Help develop and refine HR policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 3+ years focused specifically on employee relations and conducting complex workplace investigations
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable
