Role Description We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions remotely. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding) - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns - Maintain employee records and HR databases - Support performance management processes - Coordinate training and development programs - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies - Manage payroll coordination and attendance tracking - Drive employee engagement initiatives remotely Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 1–5 years of HR experience (remote experience is a plus) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS platforms) - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Ability to work independently in a remote setup - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Requirements - MBA in HR (preferred) - Experience working with distributed or global teams - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) Benefits - Work-from-home flexibility - Competitive salary - Learning & development opportunities - Flexible working hours
