Certified Epic Reimbursement Contracts Analyst

Role Description Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Epic Reimbursement Analyst to join our team at Metro Square. This role is ideal for an experienced Epic professional with a strong background in reimbursement analysis, managed care contracts, and healthcare systems. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate contract configuration, reimbursement integrity, and operational readiness within the Epic platform. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Responsibilities: - Load and maintain managed care, government, and special contracts into the Epic system with a high level of accuracy. - Validate and test reimbursement functionality within Epic to ensure proper configuration and payment outcomes. - Collaborate with managed care plans and internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate contract implementation. - Execute all steps required to operationalize contracts following negotiation and approval. - Monitor contract performance and troubleshoot discrepancies related to reimbursement. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. Qualifications - Bachelor of Science Degree Required. - One of the following - Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certified OR Epic Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts Certified. Requirements - Experience with managed care contracts, hospital billing, or revenue cycle operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
