• Build trusted cross-functional relationships with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal and Revenue Accounting and Strategic Finance. • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to structure commercially sound deals. • Lead financial modeling and evaluation of deal structures. • Enforce approval frameworks and policies; manage escalations and exceptions for strategic deals. • Design and own discount reporting and cadence analytics. • Work alongside R&D Finance and D&A teams to refine customer and product-level margin profiles.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A/ sales finance, deal management, sales operations, or business operations.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High standards of accuracy and precision; extremely detail-oriented, highly organized and resourceful.
  • Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM tools desired.
  • Experience with data analysis programs like Looker and Tableau is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of broker accounts, ensuring the timely collection of aged premiums and the accurate allocation of cash. Acting as the crucial link between brokers and internal business units, you will drive effective solutions, resolve discrepancies, and deliver results with resilience and integrity.
