Role Description The candidate will be responsible for the configuration and delivery of client-facing applications. The candidate may assist with support for the development of process enhancements under the guidance of the Sr. Software Engineer and the Manager, Technical Operations. Responsibilities will also include day-to-day maintenance of the health care application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation, root cause analysis, manage communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members. - Configure client-facing applications exactly as per requirements gathered by engagement teams and follow the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) guidelines in this process. - Update client-facing applications exactly as per requirements gathered by engagement teams and follow the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) guidelines in this process. - Represents the Application Operations / Development team on all active projects. - Participates in the daily application operations / development stand-up meetings. - Follows established procedures for change management across applications where changes are necessary. - Documents and maintains the application operations / development standard operating procedures. - Creates WIKI articles for common processes that are repeated and can be shared with others. - Coordinate with Application Development Team to successfully deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments. - Setup environments for all new implementations. - Configure Single Sign On integrations for client builds. - Support the development of product unit tests that will be used for future application regression testing. - Measures application development key performance indicators, for example: bug density, sprint analysis, test coverage, etc. - Work with the Product Team to implement new application enhancements and features. - Ensures all application changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines. - Interact with end users, internal users, development vendors, data analysts, and other engagement team members. Qualifications - Bachelors in technology/Engineering (Computer Science or equivalent) - 2-4 years of experience in related field and working as an application engineer/developer/support (level 1/2) - Strong grasp on GIT fundamentals and experience with day-to-day usage - Hands on knowledge of the following tools and technologies: SQL Server, Windows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery - Experience with an Agile Development Lifecycle - Experience in web application configuration and templating. - Operational knowledge of Team Foundation Server, or AzureDevOps and Octopus - Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment methodologies - Experience with Veeva or Salesforce is a plus Requirements - Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access would be an advantage. - Azure hosting components - May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays up to 5% Preferred - Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipeline tool - Knowledge of React, Angular, .NetCore - Working knowledge of one or more EHR software systems such as, Epic and Cerner - Healthcare standards ex: HL7, SMART on FHIR - Enterprise application design scalable design - Experience with Workflow engines - Experience with Message Queue platforms - Experience in web application development Skills - Communication Skills - Written, Verbal, and Presentation: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production data, financial reports, and legal documents. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal skills including ability to clearly respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, and members of the business community. - Business Judgment and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think, act, and deliver value in the best interest of our clients with respect to common practices of the healthcare consulting field. - Analytic Skills: Framing macro problems into action steps or work plans for resolutions. Structuring a persuasive client presentation based on in-depth or expansive excel spreadsheets. - Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and work effectively across the organization to accomplish team goals. - Strategic Thinking: Conceptualize outside of the aspects of a project at hand, with an ability to visualize how the work contributes to and drives forward the overall project. - Solutions oriented: Must be able to display resourcefulness and confidence under pressure. - Resilience: Must be able to look past obstacles and roadblocks, ask questions and for support, and find their way around any obstacle.

Role Description Arista Networks is looking for world-class software engineers to join our Extensible Operating System (EOS) software development team. As a core member of the EOS team, you will be part of a fast-paced, high caliber team-building features to run the world's largest data center networks. Your software will be a key component of Arista's EOS, Arista's unique, Linux-based network operating system that runs on all of Arista's data center networking products. The EOS team is responsible for all aspects of the development and delivery of software meant to run on the various Arista switches. You will work with your fellow engineers and members of the marketing team to gather and understand the functional and technical requirements for upcoming projects. You will help write functional specifications, design specifications, test plans, and the code to bring all of these to life. You will also work with customers to triage and fix problems in their networks. Internally, you will develop automated tests for your software, monitor the execution of those tests, and triage and fix problems found by your tests.
