KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: - Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting large-scale enterprise systems, with a focus on platforms such as Workday and NetSuite. - Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle enterprise implementation of Workday or NetSuite, including responsibility for designing and building integrations beyond routine production support. - Proven expertise in designing, developing, and orchestrating administrative playbooks, with a deep understanding of data table relationships and complex systems integrations. - Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts and provide clear guidance and training to non-technical users regarding the design and use of enterprise applications and business processes. - Extensive knowledge of organizational business processes, business solutions, and system functionalities, with specialized experience in HCM and financial systems and their integrations. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: - Occasional travel- 10-15% - may be required for department or program/project meetings, vendor management, or enterprise workshops.
