Role Description The Account Manager for our agent platform is responsible for owning and growing key client relationships, signing up new agents, driving performance, and ensuring long-term success across the program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic guidance to optimize results, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Media, Product, Project Management, and Onboarding to deliver a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing optimization and expansion. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales (preferably in a tech-enabled or performance-driven environment). - Experience working as an insurance agent or with insurance agents (preferred). - Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical products (preferred). - Strong understanding of performance metrics, revenue models, and optimization strategies. - Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing and executive-level). - Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch. Requirements - The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 USD to $80,000 USD annually.
