Consultor de Templates META – WhatsApp, Salesforce

AVANTTi

• Atuar como consultor estratégico para comunicações via WhatsApp utilizando templates aprovados pela Meta (Utility, Marketing, Authentication) • Validar estrutura, formato e interações das mensagens (botões, respostas rápidas, fluxos) conforme limitações da plataforma • Revisar jornadas e fluxos no Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Next / Salesforce Flow) • Identificar gaps entre requisitos de negócio e restrições técnicas da Meta • Propor soluções alternativas (workarounds) com foco em experiência do usuário e performance das campanhas • Criar, submeter e gerenciar o ciclo de aprovação de templates no Meta WhatsApp Manager • Garantir conformidade com: Políticas e convenções da Meta, Regras de personalização do Salesforce, Regulamentações (ex: LGPD) • Apoiar implementação em: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Journey Builder e integrações com WhatsApp • Colaborar com áreas de Marketing, Tecnologia, Produto e Compliance • Manter documentação e governança dos processos.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência sólida com Meta WhatsApp Business (WABA) e gestão de templates
  • Vivência prática com Salesforce, especialmente: Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next
  • Conhecimento em: Orquestração de jornadas, Comunicação omnichannel, UX conversacional
  • Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas viáveis
  • Experiência com ambientes regulados será considerada um diferencial
  • Mentalidade consultiva (essencial)
  • Capacidade de questionar e refinar requisitos de forma construtiva
  • Forte habilidade analítica e resolução de problemas
  • Comunicação clara com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio
  • Experiência com integrações de WhatsApp no Salesforce é um diferencial
  • Certificações ou treinamentos como Meta Blueprint é um diferencial
  • Atuação prévia como Consultor de Marketing Cloud ou Arquiteto de Soluções é um diferencial.
