Direct Markets Regional Sales Manager
Zurich Insurance
• Responsible for profitable growth and development of Account Executives and Insurance Sales Professionals. • Implement strategic and tactical objectives related to Zurich's overall sales strategy. • Analyze and provide strategic direction to Sales Professionals to advance Zurich's position in the marketplace. • Drive sales efforts in the field and represent the Zurich Team in leadership meetings. • Oversee cross-team sales initiatives as needed and maintain responsibility for customer issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Outside Sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Outside Sales area.
- Experience with the principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
- Experience working within a regulatory environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Licensed to sell insurance products.
