• Assist with governance of collaboration platforms, including M365 workspaces, SharePoint, Teams and Group • Analyze governance and resilience reports using Excel, Power Point, creating Power BI dashboards for further analysis, recommending ways to enhance • Requirements gathering for Power BI dashboards and visuals • Support the administration of Information Governance and Business Resilience frameworks, standards, procedures, and guidance documents • Coordinate governance activities including policy reviews, control assessments, issue tracking, and remediation monitoring • Maintain governance repositories, documentation libraries, and evidence supporting compliance activities • Track action items, risks, exceptions, and program commitments through completion • Assist in the preparation of governance committee materials, leadership reports, and executive presentations • Monitor adherence to governance requirements and escalate gaps or concerns appropriately

• Handle complex new and renewal domestic Construction Casualty accounts • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the team • Administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and rating annual rules • Develop, maintain & collaborate with Line of Business representatives on referrals and other business-related needs, as appropriate • May provide guidance to lower-level associates • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors (agents & brokers) in support of business retention and acquisition • Work with customers and distributors (agents & brokers) to determine their insurance-related needs and provide solutions • Support the sales culture by being a Help Point for agents, brokers, and customers • Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities • Complete detailed opportunity assessment with key distributors to identify growth opportunities • Qualify accounts to meet with the organization's appetite, balanced with sound business opportunity • Make broker/customer and on-site calls with a planned and well-prepared purpose

• Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with INSIS capabilities. • Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements. • Configure and support solutions within INSIS PAS and/or BLC. • Design functional solutions that align business requirements with system capabilities. • Create functional specifications, process flows, business rules, user stories, and SIPOC diagrams. • Support product configuration, policy administration processes, and billing processes within INSIS. • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and support interface validation activities. • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for business users and stakeholders. • Participate in solution design sessions and proof-of-concept initiatives. • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution activities. • Assist clients in understanding and adopting INSIS business processes and functionality. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex insurance transformation initiatives.
