Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Procore Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement, administration, and support of our company's Procore platform. This role will ensure that the platform is effectively utilized to streamline project management processes, improve communication, and enhance overall project efficiency. The Procore Administrator will provide technical support, training, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. This position is remote eligible for anyone currently residing in TX. - Implementation and Configuration: - Manage enterprise-wide roll out. - Oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects. - Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements. - Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed. - User Support and Training: - Provide ongoing technical support to all Procore users. - Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. - Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation. - Create custom reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement. - System Maintenance and Updates: - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. - Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platform. - Process Improvement: - Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. - Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore. - Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making. - Administration, Compliance, and Security: - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation. - Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security. - Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company-level workflows. - Other duties as assigned. - Attendance at work during normal business hours. Qualifications - Proven experience administering construction project management software. - Proficiency in using Procore construction management software. - Strong understanding of construction project workflows and documentation. - Excellent technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues. - Experience with software integration and customization. - Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create instructional materials. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role. - Certifications: Procore Certified. Role Description BigPanda is seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive Engineer, Finance & GTM Systems to join our team. This is a hybrid systems role supporting both Finance and Sales/Revenue, responsible for managing and evolving our core enterprise systems to meet BigPanda’s fast-changing needs. This role will be critical in maintaining and scaling BigPanda’s tech stack while driving process improvements, automation, integrations, and AI initiatives.
