Finance & GTM Systems Administrator

BigPanda

Role Description BigPanda is seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive Engineer, Finance & GTM Systems to join our team. This is a hybrid systems role supporting both Finance and Sales/Revenue, responsible for managing and evolving our core enterprise systems to meet BigPanda’s fast-changing needs. This role will be critical in maintaining and scaling BigPanda’s tech stack while driving process improvements, automation, integrations, and AI initiatives. You will partner directly with stakeholders — not just executing requests, but understanding business objectives and designing scalable, thoughtful solutions that enable growth. This opportunity will provide you with a broad skillset, allowing you to wear multiple hats and drive a diverse range of projects with significant runway to influence both our Finance and Revenue systems roadmaps. This full-time position reports to our Director, Systems Architecture and supports key Finance stakeholders in our Redwood City HQ office, as well as revenue team members across the globe. What you will do: - Own, maintain, and improve our ERP (NetSuite). - Own and support Finance with related financial systems including Coupa, Pigment, CaptivateIQ, Brex, Docusign, Avalara, and Expensify. - Act as the Finance systems administrator and technical SME (configurations, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and integrations), ensuring strong governance, internal controls, and data integrity across all finance systems. - Serve as a Salesforce Administrator and systems partner to Sales and Revenue. - Partner cross-functionally to scope requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with Finance and Revenue team objectives. - Lead larger Salesforce automation and process initiatives (e.g., lead-to-close workflows, opportunity management, approvals, and forecasting improvements). - Manage and optimize system integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, and other downstream systems. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in business systems, finance systems, or RevOps roles. - Must have 3+ years of NetSuite experience (solution architect or developer experience strongly preferred). - Must have Salesforce administration experience, including workflow automation, process design, and system optimization. - Experience managing and optimizing integrations (e.g., Celigo or similar iPaaS tools). - Strong Business Analyst mindset—ability to partner closely with stakeholders across BigPanda, deeply understanding business needs, and translating them into scalable, well-architected system solutions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making rather than simply executing requests. - Adaptable, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Play an instrumental role in our AI strategy and implementation. Experience contributing to or supporting AI-driven systems strategy initiatives. Preferred Qualifications - CPQ and/or RevOps background. - Strong finance/accounting process knowledge. - Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented. - Resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. Benefits - Competitive equity - Remote-first environment - Unlimited PTO - Twelve (12) paid holidays throughout the year - Comprehensive health benefits - #PandaParent support. Financial assistance for fertility, adoption, and surrogacy expenses, plus up to eighteen (18) weeks of fully paid leave for birthing parents and up to twelve (12) weeks for non-birthing parents. - Financial planning services - Employee learning & development budget - Values-based recognition (quarterly and annually) - Social community & ERG programs - Dog friendly office - Lunches provided in office - Flexible work environment along with a work-from-home stipend to support remote work arrangements - Values-based culture
