We’re looking to hire a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join one of our teams within the Platform Product Group. The Platform Product Group’s mission is to build a trusted, scalable, and compliant platform to maximize velocity, efficiency and quality. About the team: The Risk engineering team has a critical charter to effectively manage the financial threats to both the business and the Coinbase users. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the stability and reliability of enterprise systems that support core business operations. By proactively addressing defects, performance issues, and technical debt, the position helps reduce operational risk and ensure business continuity. The engineer also contributes to incremental modernization efforts, bridging legacy platforms with future‑state solutions. • Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integrations across ERP platforms, cloud SaaS applications, external trading partners, and internal business systems. • Develop and maintain API-driven, middleware-based, and file-based integrations using technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Infor ION, REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, XML, JSON, and secure data transport methods. • Troubleshoot integration issues, improve data flows, support digital transformation initiatives, and work closely with business application teams, vendors, managed service providers, and end users to ensure reliable and scalable integration solutions. • Monitor integration processes for performance, reliability, and data integrity.
